ya pretty sure i'm just going to keep mine, IF we get snow this year.. that'll be fun.. and I may consider a plow and offer plowing to houses in my subdiv to pay for it

It finally snowed out here!!!! I had a great time riding in the mountains.
Minus one minor detail....
I destroyed my passenger rear rim and tire. I tore a hole the size of Ron Jeremy's dick in the tire and destroyed the rim on a rock that was buried in the snow. I limped it back to my buddies house and got it on the trailer to get it home. Looks like I need new tires and/or new wheels and tires. Shit happens. I did have a lot of fun for the 45 min I was out there. Hopefully I will get my buddies go pro vids to post up here.

45 minutes, fun cut short! Did I ever mention that I’m jealous hahahaha. Post up them vids dude.
On this weeks version of I spent too much money, I bring to you some off-road essential upgrades!
After I destroyed one rim and tire I figured I should be a bit more prepared than just a flat tire kit and a fire extinguisher. I got my new rim in and went ahead and ordered a few new tires for the rear. I put in new valve stems and mounted up the tires in my garage thanks to my new air compressor. Everything seems to be working fine after a couple of test rides. So, on to the good stuff.
A spare wheel and tire. I opted to save a couple bucks and not get a matching wheel because I can see myself changing wheels down the road anyway. I got a front wheel to save some space and weight. It will mount on all four corners to get me home at the very least.
Some CanAm side mirrors to see a bit more out of this beast.
UTV version of the Hi-lift jack with mounts to put it on the roll cage somewhere. The jack is an absolute beast btw. I will be dipping the mounts black before final install.
Last but not least, a mystery box. Stay tuned for what's inside...

Haha. I thought the same thing when I mounted it. Eventually I will mess up the stockers enough that I will want new wheels. Mystery box will be revealed today sometime.
Done with the install. I took my sweet time, but it went together really smooth. BRP makes some pretty quality stuff IMO. Most of the accessories for this thing will probably be bought through them. The frame has pre drilled holes for this exact accessory so it made it extremely easy and solid. I can rock the entire vehicle by grabbing this thing and shaking it...not one wobble or movement from the rack. One of the shocks even has a locking mechanism on it that locks the rack in the up position so it doesn't shut if there is more weight on the rack.

That linq system is extremely slick. It is solid and really easy to operate. I am a big fan.
