Need black ceiling drop tiles now
I highly doubt that's going to happen anytime soon. Sure, it would look better when the lights are on. Unless they glare HORRIBLY with the screen on, I think they're going to stay as is.

Now ceiling is like a mirror reflecting the light. C'mon The BeastLeave at is the walls alone made big difference
Change your username to "white-ceiling-sun" so it's more appropriate.I will have to wait and see how it actually looks once the projector is installed.

Who ever did that texture finish on your walls should be shot. Lol
Or take off your baseboard shoe and run it behind there, then install the shoe and caulk again.Looks great! I agree that the person who did the texture should be shot. Also, on minor OCD detail, but are you going to run the speaker wire/cabling up front behind the wall?
Are you saying put it between the base board and shoe or remove both and put it behind the baseboard?Or take off your baseboard shoe and run it behind there, then install the shoe and caulk again.
Less work to do it behind the shoe, granted, there needs to be enough room. Otherwise, yeah, do it behind the baseboard. Are you saying put it between the base board and shoe or remove both and put it behind the baseboard?
I dont think the shoe would butt back up to the base then, and even if it did, I'd be worried about driving a nail thru the wire.Less work to do it behind the shoe, granted, there needs to be enough room. Otherwise, yeah, do it behind the baseboard.
With finished walls and painting done, see above. If the walls and paint weren't done, I would have run it behind the wall and thrown the nice plates on.Jimbo since you are a paint expert what’s your take on hiding the wiring?
