An average resting heart rate is 60-100, if you check any healthcare site. Some people just have higher rates than others...tho a second opinion can never hurt.

Yea thatās not very high for exercise. If Iām pushing and climbing something pretty sustained Iām usually 175-177. Every once in a while Iāll knock 180 but itās rare.Wait till you hit like 140-160 while exercising. Youāre gonna think your heart is exploding.
Click that 1 year averageā¦.
1 year average is 55bpm resting. Sleep resting is like mid 40ās but havenāt been wearing it to bed. Maybe Iāll wear it tonight.
Would be lower if I stopped putting myself to bed with drinks ??Click that 1 year averageā¦.
I would imagine so or a fitbit device. I wear my Garmin Fenix 6 pretty much all the time.So are all of you checking this with a smart watch?
I've got a pulse ox reader I originally bought for my mom during covid but it just sat in a box, so I use that and my watch (more now that I've turned tracking on).So are all of you checking this with a smart watch?
Hrmm not really seeing the granular average resting rate for the 12 months here. Looks more like a yearly overview.
Just shows a range though, not an average resting

Just remember people, your max heart rate is 220 minus your age. Dont go above that.
