I donā€™t know if that means Iā€™m going to stick around longer than most cause my heart isnā€™t going to explode. Or if it means Iā€™m screwed cause itā€™s going to implode instead.

Tell me about it. My blood pressure is usually 10x/65-75. Sometimes a bit higher.
My fruit/vegetable vs everything else is like 1:500. Never had a salad in my life, hate most healthy food, and most of it hates me.

My doctor told me to BUMP UP my sodium intake by 3,000-4,000mg per day to get my BP into the average range. Makes my tinnitus worse, so Iā€™ll take the lower BP.

I've been monitoring my heart rate alot lately for some reason and I'm shocked how chill it is. Especially at night. It sits pretty steadily in the 50s at night... Which freaked me out at first until I realized lower is (usually) really good.

Dunno what it drops to when sleeping. I assume the 40s.

If you have alerts set, turn them off. I dipped into the 30ā€™s and the fucker woke me up thinking Iā€™m dying.
