I've been doing this protein shake every morning lately.
2 cups organic oat milk
1 scoop of organic protein - vanilla
1 scoop of organic collagen
3/4 cup organic dark cherries frozen.

This holds me over almost to diner time with just a small snack 1/2 way through the day.

Been eating yogurt with fresh strawberries, blueberries and granola every morning for the last 3 weeks. I hate my wife for being right, more so for rubbing it in, but I feel fantastic! No more gut rot, more sustained energy throughout the day and I’m trimming down a little bit.
