found some low cal maple syrup. protein mix now has casein, thirsty thirsty protein.
cinnamon and the syrup, should be lower calorie than the passionfruit, although not sure how much. not as good nutrient wise. also added some oat fiber to the pancakes. same taste with the amount i use, but free larger volume (no calories, you can't digest it)
at least 30g of protein. been doing things by eye in thailand, don't have good measuring stuff in my kitchen yet.
