That actually looks and sounds good. Any seasoning on the ground beef?
Also if doing it to be a healthy meal, wouldn’t it be better to substitute brown rice for white rice? Not talking shit, I’m just curious on that part
Give it a try sometime. Super easy to make and you can add / change stuff based on how you like it. It’s a staple in Hawaiian cuisine.

I use basic seasoning on the ground beef: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and crushed red pepper.

As for the rice I’m not really sure. I hear pros and cons to both but imo I don’t think one is actually “better” than the other. I had white rice on hand so it’s what I used. lol

Yeah I looked it up and when I saw it was a Hawaiin dish. I was shocked it wasn’t made with spam lol

One of my go-tos. Half cup oats, quarter cup chia, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, a nanner, and some wheat germ.

Keeps me full on days when I 12 hour fast, and pretty much guarantees the highly coveted “clean sweep”.
