We need a guy that isn't looking to score first, which is exactly what Lonzo is. He's an underrated defender, too. We got him for a good price, and gave up essentially nothing. I'm happy.

I seen him play at the UC 2 yrs ago, had floor seats. He had a ton of energy then as well.

DeRozan deal still alive. San Antonio rejected Miami offer, as they see the Bulls deal as better. Lavine essentially just demanded a max extension. Looks like they're trying to find the the ability to open up enough salary to both sign DeRozan and extend Lavine.

Bulls traded Thad Young and Picks to San Antonio in a sign and trade for DeMar DeRozan. His deal is 3yr/$85m. I am surprised, I thought he was going to be more expensive. Great pickup.

Not sure about backups at the other positions. The team is so radically different than it was I forgot who is still on the team.

Nah that's not going to happen. If they're found guilty on anything they'll probably just have to pay a fine and maybe lose a draft pick. The trade will happen.

The CP3 thing only happened because at that time the NBA owned the New Orleans team.

The Bulls officially announced the Lonzo trade, which means the investigation is over. No news on that yet though. I'm guessing they'll get nothing based on the lack of a story.
