Got it going for the game tomorrow. Ground beef, hot italian sausage, insanely hot I forgot their name orange peppers, salt, pepper, tumuric, beer, etc

I have an employee who grows habeneros, thai chilis, and jalapenos. So. Fucking. Hot. Butthole burning. Great tasting pepper though.

O ya, beans all day. I'll have Mindy post her ingredients


Two cans of crushed tomatoes 28 ounce can
1 can tomato sauce
1 habanero pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
2 cans chili beans
1/2 cup beer
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp of each sugar, salt, pepper,oregano,paprika,cumin
1/4 cup chili powder
Dash of cayenne to taste
1 pound ground beef and hot italian sausage
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

I am wierd I start it all in crockpot.. I dont drain the grease from the meat. I left it cook w/ingriedents found that it gives some flavor add a little more juice for the chili to cook in.

did my chili batch last week,i always add these ingredients..with chopped steak..layered w/shredded cheddar,oyster crackers & a dash of sour cream

fire roasted diced tomato
rotel
dark red kidney beans
onion
salt
pepper
garlic
chili powder
a couple shakes of crushed red pepper

I made some fiesta chicken chili last week in the crock pot and it turned out pretty damn good.

Mc Cormick fiesta chicken chili season packet
2 lbs of chicken breast
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
