Though ground chicken can have a lot less fat than beef it's s myth that it's always the case. Most standard ground chicken is 10% fat which is about the same as ground sirloin. Sirloin tastes a lot better too in chili. I have made chili using ground sirloin from a modified weight watchers recipe that is pretty low calorie/fat and high protein. The base is V8 and you can add protein noodles to make it a chili mac. So damn good.
Made chili tonight, didn't take any pics. I have a very basic recipe I do, 1-1.5 ground beef, chili powder, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can kidney beans, splash of worcestershire and a splash of liquid smoke.
