you have a whole friggen raw backbone, neck, trimmings, gibblets etc to make gravy from.

there's about a table spoon of grease that drips from the turkey anyways

Sweet thanks I'll pick those shears up I think. The ones I had were from Walmart and I broke both of them... had to finish up with a ka-bar, I was so frustrated and pissed at the turkey at that point.... I wanted to punch it but I wasn't sure if that would mess it up.

I never knew they made those scissors. I always use the cheap ass pair that come with those 20-30 piece knife sets. Those things SUCK to cut a chicken. Ordered above scissors from Amazon...thanks

I really hope they didn't pull a fast one and switch them out mine are 3 years old now and work great, i just hate when amazon changes items that are teh "same"

i have a set of bbq gloves like that- first set- incredible. pick up coals with them or whatever.

2nd set... feel hot pots right through the fucking things even though i ordered the same item.
