Well it ain’t as far or fast as some of you guys but I feel pretty accomplished after this ride. Really pushed it on the hills.

I recognize the sections used on the Prairie Path and the trail along the river, but what is the path used for the east-west to connect to connect the two?

I would really like to get going on a regular basis. Just need the motivation and discipline to carry through with it. Mostly to work my shoulder to see if strengthening it over time will reduce the number of flare ups I get. Like seated rows, shrugs, shoulder presses, etc. All things kind of hard to do with consistency at home.

I'm about 160lbs now, and the goal was 180lbs by EOY, before all the COVID shit started. Still leery about going to the gyms. The ones around here aren't exactly known for their sanitary practices. Shit, they use Sparkle glass cleaner as a "sanitary" spray for wiping machines down.

Went today for the first day of open gyms! Maybe 16 people in there it was amazing. Felt so good to be back.

Limited to 190 people at mine. Every other cardio machine etc. weights were free game. No masks it was glorious
When I go heavy especially on bench, I'm not wearing a fucking mask. I'll fuck around and drop 300+lbs on my chest. Other times if they require it, I'll give it a shot. Under Armour has a new mask for $30 and on back order. Hoping to see someone at the gym wearing one to give me a real world opinion on it before I buy.

If I had 300lbs on a bar I'd be shitting myself silly as my sternum was pushed through my spine. I don't think I could do half that on my best day in the last decade.

Took me about 5yrs. When I started lifting 5yrs ago, I weighed like 245lbs and couldnt bench 95lbs safely. Ive maxed out at 365lbs in the last year

Felt great to be back. One annoying thing was the showers were closed which is fine but they said nothing about that in their email. Light workout, 40 mins. Went for my 3rd set of light squats and my hams said fuck right off.

Took me about 5yrs. When I started lifting 5yrs ago, I weighed like 245lbs and couldnt bench 95lbs safely. Ive maxed out at 365lbs in the last year
Fuck me... I'm like 160lbs wet. My max was 185lbs but that was because of shitty meds to help with my severe tinnitus (which didn't work at all). The Dr kindasorta forgot to tell me that it fucks with your system. So was retaining water, and that little switch that trips when you've eaten enough stopped working. I'd literally eat until my stomach was so full that acid would start to come up through my esophagus. Took me six months to lose it once I stopped the Rx.

I'd like to hit and maintain 180-185 with muscle. Need a workout partner to push me though. The g/f isn't motivated enough and sometimes works long hours, so going at night doesn't always appeal to her.

That's my goal as well. I'm about 280 now. Down from 315 around the holidays. Hit 270's right before quarantine.
