Rode my bike to the gym, I’ve been doing that every day this week, 10 miles round trip easy cardio because I’m forced to bike home after lol, Chest today don’t have my elbow sleeves so taking it easy, 225x10 245x8 255x8 265x8 strength slowly coming back

Hit the gym for the first time today in what feels like forever. Chest day and kept it light until I get back in to the swing of things.
Face mask to enter, temp take upon entering. Then pretty much anything goes including taking off your face mask, lol. I walked in to the free weight area with a mask on and everyone looked at me like I was a fucking alien lol. I was the only asshole wearing it, took that shit of immediately. I was hoping thats how it would be as I cant see lifting especially heavy with a mask on.

Yet they have been making masks for training to make it more difficult to breathe to intensify training for years now.

Under Armour has recently come out with one that makes it easier to breathe while working out. Sold out till August and for $30, I want to talk to someone who has one before buying it.

Went to Xsport today for the first time since opening. Fuck waiting for 15-20 mins on a squat racks and a bench for people who are half squating 135 and benching 80 pounds, back to anytime I go

Been doing these ripping MTB rides, multiple times / day.
Heading out now.


Been consistent every week with my routine.
Aka, yesterday was chest, triceps, shoulders, Tuesday, back, biceps etc.


Today, Givin upper body rest.
Bike, bike and more bike.

Wed: Shoulders
Today: Legs, havent done any legs at all in 3.5 months lol. But my legs are naturally pretty strong.
Fri: Bi's and Tri's

Found a new challenge for myself. This is the toughest hill that I know of in my area. (.4mi and 121ft elevation gain) I went balls out on the MTB today and set a PR. Currently ranked 2441st place all time! 😆 Gonna do it again next week on the cross bike and see what I can do

John I love that hill! I took the girlfriend up it and she almost threw up 🤣🤣🤣. What are you using to get on that leaderboard. I try to blast up that thing, love the trail out that way.

I use an app called Strava. Currently have a 30 day trial of the premium version
