I had to build a home gym. If I waited for the gyms to open, I’d be 300 lbs.

Felt my abs/obliques/serratus muscles working overtime due to lack of actual weight training over the last 2 months. Decline cable flys were a killer

did chest, tris, back, hamstrings. All the body parts that have been neglected due to my crappy home weight setup

Been working out for a couple weeks again,
Strength is down, hit 315 for a set of 4 and then 6 on squat the other day my gut is too fat for my belt hence the set of 4 it was pinching so bad I had to stop, did the set of 6 beltless, benched 275x4 today for my top set down 5 reps off my max and 4 reps off my normal 275 set

Almost five weeks into a regular routine, I think the tennis elbow is gone. It took eight months.

Longest injury related hiatus I've had. Most annoying too.

Thanks man, seeing you motivated me. Chest for 45 min, flat bench stayed at 225lbs 3 sets of 10. Dumbell fly's, presses and 75 push ups.
Didnt want to go crazy first day back after 3 weeks.
According to my scale, I have put on 25lbs since shelter in place :mad:

Absolutely, I can shed 15lbs in 2 weeks. After that first 2 weeks though is when its only 2-3lbs a week lol.
I need to find a good used bike asap as my right knee doesnt do well anymore after I run/walk a few miles.
