I took all of quarantine off and ate and drank like shit basically every day, I saw 245 pretty regularly on the scale, well my gym said fuck you government and opened up a couple weeks ago, I just started back this week the last couple days super sore, been trying to eat fairly good quit drinking, I’m weighing 236ish now, plan is to be around 220 again in a month

I had to build a home gym. If I waited for the gyms to open, I’d be 300 lbs.

Felt my abs/obliques/serratus muscles working overtime due to lack of actual weight training over the last 2 months. Decline cable flys were a killer

did chest, tris, back, hamstrings. All the body parts that have been neglected due to my crappy home weight setup
