Yeah, that's the problem with reviewing a rub or sauce. It's so subjective. Amy makes me tone down my smoking/seasonings so much or she won't like it. She also likes way more salt than I do. I hit the seasonings perfectly, to me, and she's meh about it. I try to compromise so we both like it.

I sous vide'd some steaks frome frozed Tuesday.

I didn't want to defrost em in the microwave and so that's why they sous vide. Then seared in charcoal.

Also. Latest pork rind concoction. Tried to do onion rings. Turned out pretty good. I need to figure out how to get the coating to stick better. I had an issue with that but baked on a rack on convection and they were crispy and awesome.
