Almost 20 years ago now, my dad bought a battery powered electric mower. Bagless and self-push, but you never had to stop and recharge and folded up nice. I'll have to dig out some pictures, it worked pretty well surprisingly for back in the day.

Don't get a boring ass plain push mower! Guess what happens to a self propelled mower when it stops self propelling? It becomes a boring push and is just as reliable!

also good points- it looks pretty easy to fold and hang though. currently i have to move quite a bit to just access my garage all that well

I’ve got a John Deere and have been happy with it. It was mentioned before, but buy one a Briggs and Stratton.
