Our HOA took almost 4 months to approve our patio. After the first month, we just went ahead and did it.

When I did my patio I had my HOA approval and city permit within 5 days.
I'm hoping this is quick. They sent a quick question the day after I submitted my paper work. Hopefully they come back this week.

This griddle for our trailer and home.

And I just received my new rims and load E 10 ply tires for improved towing with my Expedition. It’s not bad towing our travel trailer with a max weight of 7,200lbs. But I can feel the squishy OEM tires that are more for comfort. Plus they have a nice stronger deeper tread design. Rims will go nicely with the rims on the trailer too. Ordered them off of Discount Tire website. Shipped to my house ready to install.
