I did not install them in my 01 cobra when installing H&R springs and it was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever done besides buy the 01 cobra. I had to pay again to have them installed, RDSNAKE reinstalled them for me. Everytime I hit a pot hole it felt like the car fell in a ditch.

01 cobra compared to an 04 cobra is definitely different.

different shocks/struts. from everything i've read on SVTP, the general statement is that the overall ride is about 15% rougher without the isos.

when i ran cut stock springs on and 03 irs set up i rubbed the fenders quite a bit. it was better with the isos.

when i installed the eibachs out back i left the isos out and it looks good. but the eibachs are as slammed as the h&r either

the H&R SS springs are lower than the H&R race springs are, and I went with the Race, so they are still higher up than the SS's.

To be honest I have no idea, I had Speedquest put mine in (HAHAHAHA), but I may get the thinner ISO's from MM and put them in when I put my new A-Arms in

Cut a full coil off the stock springs. Keep the isos in. Sell the H&Rs for other mods.

I run H&R super Race springs on my 95 (03/04 front control arms) and I do run the stock upper isolators, but do not have lower isolators on them... they make a good bit of noise but the ride really is no rougher than I expected...

Get off your "I hate 01 Cobra pedestal". Don't get all sassy cause your's sucked.

Edit: Realized you owned a Vert 01 Cobra. I feel sorry for you now.

There is a reason the iso's are there Jimbo.

I say leave them out. I honestly didn't notice any difference once I took mine out, I have a half of a coil cut too. I love how it looks slammed.
