I say leave them out. I honestly didn't notice any difference once I took mine out, I have a half of a coil cut too. I love how it looks slammed.

The stock ISOs wouldn't add 1/8"...I'd keep them.

The other thing you may want to think about it that aftermarket springs sometimes sit uneven in the rear. You and I both know that.
