Let me know what is involved with installing the new inter cooler. Also are the inlet/outlet diameters the same as the ProCharger unit?

No its way bigger, needs new mounts fabbed, probably will need the bumper to be removed to make said mounts and will need the piping completely re-worked. Its not close to 'bolt-on'

How much power to the wheels can he make with the fuel setup

The last car I did made 595 but had a BAP already installed so i left it. No indication of fuel starvation.
This car wont make as much power so no need for the BAP.
To answer your question, I don't know....I don't think anyone knows.

And here is the stock fuel filter removed and replaced with fuel injection hose for the return line. I covered it with wire loom to protect it from road debris.

Here is the best piece of hardware....ever. A serrated flanged nut in SS for the header studs. Got em at Bolt Depot - Nuts and Bolts, Screws and Fasteners online

Here is my modified 170* stat. Homemade with the spring from a Stant 13967. Grind off one tab, swap springs then tack it back on. 9 dollars vs. 60 from Lethal. Win

Damn, did you even take a break to pee or did you just continue and wet yourself?

I know I just wet myself seeing all that work accomplished today. And seeing the stainless steel headers and your t-stat trick, I am spent, time to go change my Depends.

Looking forward to the pipe work for the Procharger.:toast:

Pretty much at a standstill. I have to get standoffs welded to the top and brackets welded on the bottom. ....and the welder isn't free til Thursday.
Exhaust is done and ill bolt the blower and belt Tuesday.
After that I have to figure out the piping, order piping, wait for piping....you get the drift.

Always good to hear the words "Going better than planned" The air filter placement going to be in roughly the same location, or is it going to be a direct mount to the supercharger?

I was able to figure out the new piping schematic today. I only have to order a 12" section of 3" piping to accomplish it. Gotta get a new air filter, about 16 t bolt clamps and some catch can stuff.
Going better than planned!

Same spot, I just have to.weld a 3.5" pipe extension to the power pipe since the lightning MAF is no longer used..
I would use a filter right on the blower but the stock fan shroud makes that impossible.

Its nearing completion!
Re-did all the pipes and had the stock fuel rails modified for a return style configuration.
To my amazement the rails did not leak, and there are 6 different places I had them welded.

I also mounted the catch can behind the drivers side foglight. I had the catch can here that I never used, and it fit good after I made a special bracket to mount it.

The intercooler fits like a glove and currently has top brackets only. I will install the lower brackets soon. You will see I had brackets welded to the bottom and 2 standoffs on the top.

The BOV was located in the area behind the passenger fog light.

Enjoy the pics.
