First the fuel pump, then Autozone last night and now the intercooler, you are just on a savings roll. Your going to make the Da' Wife very happy!

Started out like this:
Take a utility knife to remove the molded hose from the hard line and you have this:
Use a tubing cutter and cut it below the lip. Next remove the factory coating on the line so the hard line adapter can be installed. Now I can hook a -6 line from the regulator to here.

Got all the stuff done I wanted to. Pretty much the whole fuel system up to the inlet of the rails.
Walbro 400 mounted and the stock feed line is now the return:
And here I decided to make this setup a little more user friendly. Ill mount it with 2 cushion clamps I have to get:
The line is -8 up to the filter then it will be -6 out to modified factory rails.

Subscribing to this! wanna see the end result/final numbers with a single 400 pump & no Bap. May be the way ill wanna go.
I used a scotch brite pad on them and brake clean...they better look new!
The new intercooler will probably give 1psi with the same pulley, and definitely a reduction in IAT's especially at WOT. The D1 is too big a blower for the 2 core unit supplied in the kit. its only rated to 550 flywheel horsepower.
