I didn't think 6.0 was flexyeah it's flex fuel
im unsure if that's common or not but yellow fuel cap and all.
Even tho I'm saving money overall. The DIC reading 13-15mpg on e makes me nervous when 87 bets me 19-21mpgI don't use E85 in the winter. But I got one of our company owners all about the E85 for savings. We have a new SpeedWay selling E85 cheap. It was $1.34 the other day. Even today it is $1.59.
He is still running E85 in his 2018 Equinox. He says cold starts are a little rough in the real cold weather. He is also the type that hits start then throws it in gear and takes off. Zero warm up. Because idling cost money. But all he talks about this year is E85. He loves to brag how much money he saves. hahaha
Bumping this thread as I'm fairly confident mine will be totaled out.
Looking for something similar to what I had, 2000-06 Tahoe or Yukon might consider 07-09 if the price is right. I drive 80-100 miles a day for work so prefer something in good shape and mileage under 150,000ish.
Any interest in a modded Suburban?
