having a straight pour of the DO now w/ my stainless sphere just to get a feel for this stuff, and yeah, I can see why this is liked. Must try an old fashioned next. Also picked up another bottle of Old Emmer, cuz I'm almost out of my other one, and I actually like this stuff, and i also had a coupon to get $6 off of this that expires tomorrow, so I figured what the hell. For $43 you can do a lot worse than this stuff.

And non-whiskey related, had to pick this up since next weekend is of course St. Pattys day. Can't get thru that holiday w/out some half and halfs!
