Tested the new brake setup and washed the underside at the same time. Asshole cut me off on Schaumburg Rd and thought that was the perfect time for him to slam on his brakes. I had to go into the right lane and hit about 5” of water at 30 mph. The Dadillac stopped perfectly! Not a doubt in my mind that had it been the brakes I had on last week I would’ve nailed him. I hit that puddle (more like a pond) so hard I thought I ripped the mud flaps off. No one in front of me, at least 800’ to the nearest car behind me and that fucker pulled right out in front of me. Time for a dash cam.

Replaced all the brake lines on this fat cow minus two, did shocks all around, driver front brake caliper, and did the rear lift.

Still need to do the front torsion keys, and the last 2 brake lines across the rear axle.

Got caught in a nasty downpour last night , it so nice that I don't have to run drag radials on this car like I did on my previous cars .Michelin street tires FTW . I was kind of surprised how well the car drove in such of heavy rain storm . I was doing 50-55 mph in the left lane while most cars were going like 30-40mph with flashers on
