Was playing some of that last week. Finally finished the racing series “campaign” of the game. I’ve spent SOOOO much time just building/tuning and doing free races with cars I like and grinding the leaderboards for lap times and hardly worked through the racing series.
This 57 Chevy with a blower is Fun to drive. Lol.
Overcooked 2. It's great that I've found an entertaining way of getting into fights with the GF.
Finally just beat Yakuza kiwami 2! Spent a little more time with this one, 38 hours, but I also did a lot more substories in this game. 61 out of 76. Time to load up Yakuza 3!
Jesus Strikes Back: Judgment Day
The year is 2028. Billionaire reptilian satanists G. Sorrows and M. Cuckerberg are president and vice-president of the USA. A strict communist regime is immediately implemented, resulting in millions of deaths, the collapse of the global economy and the end of free speech. The constitution is ripped to shreds and replaced with the decree of 74853769 genders.
With a global New World Order firmly in power and the worldwide population suppressed, Comrade G. Sorrows implements the Final Solution. All straight males are rounded up and sent to death camps. A few manage to escape to the neighbouring wildernesses and mountains, only to be tracked down and slaughtered. The sight of what humanity has become brings tears to J.C's eyes. He offers the NWO a chance to repent. Unsurprisingly, they resist and attempt to crucify him. In a deadly shootout, J.C barely manages to escape with his life.
With a peaceful negotiation out of the question, J.C has no choice but to act fast. He cannot idly watch his people suffer. He must team up with the last remaining straight males – Tromp, Dolph, Pootin, Napolion, Mussolino, Bolselnoro – and free the people. They must defeat the New World Order leaders and then finally upload Facts and Logic to the system – freeing the people from the social media matrix and ultimately the grasp of the tyrannical NWO.

Plugging away at Yakuza 3 yet. Think im like....13-14 hours in now and still only at like maybe chapter 6 or 7? . After playing thru Zero, and Kiwami 1 and 2, this game was a real shock to the system. Because Zero and the kiwamis used the modern Dragon engine. Kiwami 1 and 2 were basically completely rebuilt from the ground up w/ the dragon engine, so they look and play like modern games. Starting w/ 3 now, we're back to just a traditional remaster type game, old engine w/ just a pretty 1080p/60fps coat of makeup. All the game systems and the way it plays and feels is definitely a step backward, but its still a very playable and fun game.
That also reminds me I need to preorder Last of Us 2, thats finally out next friday...... bye bye yakuza after that.

Yes. Lol. Free roam. Quite a few “missions” to progress through. But also get shot, sniped, blown up and stabbed by other players for no fucking reason. I’m addicted to this game on XB1 and is pretty much all I play.
Although I just downloaded Tom Clancy’s The Division since I noticed it was free on Games For Gold
