XB1 has the remastered edition of RDR. PS4 is supposedly getting a remastered version this year as well.

Its not a remaster. Its just a backward compatible update that happened to include a 4k update, which looks fantastic.

Also, pretty sure you can play RDR on PS4, but you need a sub to PS Now.
