Probably a good area for real estate investment too with the Foxconn plant going in relatively close.

good point. i wonder how greatly that'll influence values around there.

yeah it is kinda close but i dont think you're going to have much traffic off this middle of the fuck nowhere street that goes nowhere... and you back up to conservancy.

Likely not, still wish it were set back further on the property though in any case...



Would still take it over my dumb dont get me wrong, just being picky if im dreaming. :bowrofl:

I'm liking the Hatfield area. In the Lake Arbutus area so you could rent a slip and you have direct trail access to the Clark County ATV trails that connect to the Black River Falls trails. Best of all, only 3 hours from my house.

Hatfield is a cool little area. My dad and I rented ATV's from there a few years ago. Nice trail system. The area was really busy but it was summer time.

That house in Eagle River I posted a while back was a better value IMO. 80 acres, more storage buildings, and in a better area. $100K more but worth it I feel just for the land alone. If you don't wanna be on the water crazy what you can get in the northwoods for $200-$300K

Edit: looks like it sold in October for $300K
