It was a long 2 days, but I think we only have about 3-4 more hrs to get her driveable. That fucking bumper was a bitch, every time I removed some material something else touched. This car is def going to have some people scratching their heads when I whiz past them as they look for the sti they think they are hearing lolol.

PS: James I dont feel like spending the time with those hard vac lines right now, Ill buy some rubber ones. For the oil drain we need a 3/4" npt 90 right? I can grab that at lunch today. Anything else I should get?

mine was installed and running in a weekend- went from running sc/ic to turbo'd and driving to the airport... albeit I collected parts for forever because I was broke as fuck.

Great shit guys. I just wanted to make sure the problems were not from any of the kit i brought...would have felt bad. That view from the front is just sexy as shit. I am glad you fixed that vac source by the turbo it bugged the shit out of me but i never messed with it.

Also, wtf do I do with all the vac lines. can you get vac blocks at a local parts store?

my oil feed comes off of a t from somewhere by the oil filter- can't remember what- may be the oil pressure gauge hook up...

vacuum blocks might be hard to come by at a parts store- ebay has em for like 38 bucks.

otherwise you could have like 2998 vacuum t's to get you going.

I have a vacuum block you can have, or if you use t's get brass t's there isn't that much to hook up bov, map sensor, wastegate, boost gauge I just use t's and hook the wastegate as close to the turbo as possible to avoid getting a boost spike

Should I block the vac lines one the side of the throttle body? I think thats what james said, but after working with him for 24hrs its starting to all blend together.

Do I need the boost gauge hooked up, dont really have a spot for it yet.
