I'm really leaning towards keeping the honda longer term and getting a zl1 once we're moved in to the new place, but I've got time to decide. I wouldn't be able to do all the trackdays or races I'd want, but that might not be a bad thing.

Already locked them and setup alerts if anything gets charged to them. So even if I miss something online or auto pay, it should just decline everything and let me know.

Already had one of the wife's accounts using the card as a backup and tried to charge to it. So this works perfectly

Plus I can't just grab and use.

Might even think about setting up my credit accounts to have a 2 person password, essentially the wife knows the first part of the password and I know the second. Can't login and unlock the card unless both parts are used and makes us both aware.

It's pretty simple. "Can't afford don't buy". As long as you don't carry one on you and don't link them for online shopping, shouldn't be hard to keep a zero balance
