Haven't found the sweet spot, but I had tried anywhere from 3500 to 6500 @ Byron that last time out... focusing more around the 4500RPM range.

Are you spraying out of the hole?

If so, maybe give this a shit.

Hold your PRM's at about 3500-4000 RPM. Let the clutch go about half way after launching, after the car moves, pop the clutch, and smash the gas. After you hit 2nd, spray like a mofo.

I had a bud with a very similar setup, and he was running into the same problem. The guy that gave me this advice, that gave him this advice, turned his times from a 11.2 @ 120 to 10.97 @ 126. Vast improvement.
