Drag radials

Not a huge bulge, but more than I was anticipating. Doesn't look horrible though. Side note, who runs a drag radial at 50 PSI? lol

Let me be the first to bring up Mickey Thompson drag radials. Far superior to any other tire i've ever used in regards to traction.

I loved how hard my MT SS hooked. I'm tempted to go back to them and just replace them twice a year.

My only hesitation on the mickeys is the wear. it's a street car that will see the track maybe once a year, if that. My NT05 don't hook at all, but have lasted me a few years. Looking for something with more grip, but not have to be replaced yearly.

They like them a lot, I drove a friends Hellcat with them and they felt like they grabbed pretty well.

With these new Nittos, I honestly don't think you could spin em with a 6,000rpm clutch dump with that 3V...lol

Yea I saw. Too big for an S197 IMO. The previous owner of Jims wheels put Challenger/Charger size tires on. Damn near 29" tall they look ridiculous.

MT ss but an 18”. Drove in the rain plenty, just be mindful in wet weather and you’ll be fine. Went 55mph being caught in a downpour.
