this isnt a fwd tc... genesis is more money for same equipment let alone a track package that could keep up in the turns... and not THAT much faster iirc

200hp... car only weighs 2600lbs

The Genesis 2.0 engine is horrrrrrrrible. Yeah it makes power but it sounds like there's a tractor engine under the hood. And I'm talking about the 2013. The Gen coupe is just too heavy with not enough suspension.

Same price, same reliability, same good looks, awesome interior (except the nav option looks kinda awkward), +100 extra horses? I'll take it. Not saying this isn't a sweet car, but it's just not competitive engine wise with everything else in its price range. And for the money you'd spend upgrading this to the 220 hp turbo (still less than the base genesis), you can upgrade the genesis to the 350hp model.

Idk, maybe actually driving one of these could change my mind. I think I'm still just bias against anything scion because of all the TCs I've driven. Idk where they get off charging what they do for those cars.

Isn't there an upgrade option on the toyota version to a 220hp turbo motor? Or am I thinking of a different car?

THE 4B11 IS A PROVEN MOTOR.... THE SAME CANT BE SAID FOR THE SCION.
THAT BEING SAID MY GF HAS A 2012 R-SPEC AND I CAN TELL YOU IF THIS SCION IS AS GOOD IN THE TWISTIES AS THEY SAY IT IS, IT WILL BLOW THE GEN COUPE AWAY
