2017 Mustang build and price site is up - now with more GT350 MSRP....

you missed the point here i was stating the hellpig has dealer mark up like the gt350 thats all.

id pay for gt350 but as the op mentioned the added MANDATORY 7500ish makes it just about out of reach or require a larger down payment.

i dont get why people keep comparing the gt350 and gt.

gt350 has different engine and manual trans. 2 specific reasons id like to own one over the 5.0 manual is better in the gt350 reason i got an auto 5.0 is because from what ive read the mt82 is junk. i could give 2 shits less about the rest of the options and the cheaper entry price of the previous models would be the way to go.

still baffles me people accept a price hike like that with a smile. want a loaded one with what ever options go ahead and order one that way why should it be mandatory?

Hellcat available for invoice at my local dealer.

Agree the allure of the 350 was the relatively low entry price.

People accept the hike, or buy something else. I choose something else,,,, although the 350 is awesome

This is several months old. But you can see that they don't build many base GT350 at all.

Ford doesn't want their track ready car going into limp mode due to heat. No matter the options. Things have changed, deal with it.

gt350 > 5.0gt

thats not even a discussion

Depends on what you want to do with the car...

Putting boost and a lot of power to a lightweight crank and rotating assembly isn't the best idea for longevity.

I thought you were selling it to me?

Gomez will be happy to sell you the car. For a nice profit, that is. lol

find used one sure. but financing would be harder on used.

If you have good credit and have enough income it shouldn't be an issue. Credit unions have offered under 2% financing on used cars.

ford needs to offer a voodoo crate but i doubt they ever will.

Ford Racing Performance Parts was at PRI last years showing they will offer all the VooDoo you can handle. Including the heads, cranks, cam shafts and so on. Including mix and match on the parts and firing orders.

ZXMustang if you are really in the market for a mustang, why not do what 1quick did and get his dealer to do a roush car on a non base gt and still be under 50k

Because I dont want a base car. I want a LOADED car. I want bells, whistles, massagers and coolers for my asshole. I want a huge touchscreen nav display that Im never going to use to actually nav with, but I want it.

And for $50k you are limited to fast loaded cars or REALLY fast stripped cars. I no want stripped. Been there, never again. I want every option but the block heater.

A 2SS camaro with magride, dual mode exhaust, nav and 8speed auto is right around $48k, and they can be had for $45k-ish plus tax. And they are fast too. Thats probably where I will land. But I cant shake the challenger scat pack yet. Plus the SRT challenger non-hellcat is nice too with its magride and better wheels and so on.

But like I said, I want luxury I can enjoy when cruising around, but still run 11's at the track, maybe 10s with spray and a DR.

i couldnt get over the 45k price on a 6th gen or id be in one too. at a minimum my car was 8k less than that.

fucking 6th gens got 5th gen z28 syndrome.

i have no sympathy for gm while fords destroying them in mustang vs camaro sales.

I believe UWISHU1 has non-base GT with a TVS blower. No warranty, but he was under $40k all done and makes 650rwhp through an auto. If you bought the Roush or Whipple kit and purchased their warranty I bet you could have a premium car for under 45K. Beat up Gomez on the price of the price of the car and save money there. LMAO

The advantage of the GT350 and GT with boost is very slim. And who knows how well those light weight GT350 rotating assemblies will handle boost. Ain't no one going to warranty those cars with a blower. lol
