Probably wasnā€™t the best day to do a long bicycle ride. This wind is punishing, 20mph gusting to 30mph. Blowing strong enough to suck the snot out of my nostrils. Good thing about it is I donā€™t have to blow my nose as much with the head cold I have, just have to wipe the side of my face ?

thailand has a bit of a perfection goal with cases; recent upticks have led to lockdown social distancing type measures for the next 2 weeks. including gyms closed. today was the last day before lockdown be killing muh gainz.

muay thai is off the main road, i think they're getting away with it because of some other things too. in any case, may up my 3 days a week of muay thai to 4/5/6 days and just go on a mini 2 week cut. each session burns 500-750+ calories i think. need to do some body stuff or find at least something to lift around the house a bit to tell my body to not cannibalize the muscles in deficit in the mean time, not much there and they took me forever to make, i can't afford to lose those fuckers

tried shirataki noodles today. 200 grams of noodles = 30 calories 6 carbs. yesterday i had shirataki + oat noodles, 50 calories 12 carbs.

i believe normal pasta, 200 grams would be at least 300 calories and 60 carbs.

the noodles smell (lime is used to help bind them) and you need to rinse them a couple minutes, then boil them a couple minutes, then toss them into a pan and fry them for a couple minutes.

the shirataki ones are fairly rubbery and tasteless, best usage would probably be just tossing in to some kind of soup. not sure how much more of these i'll order. might make a decent substitute vs. steamed rice i get with thai red curry here.

the ones with oat i think would be a lot more passable for pasta. i had them with chicken and some spicy thai sauce. curious what they'd be like with some marinra or alfredo and meatballs.

Very impressed with this stuff. I have tried other stim free pre's in the past and they didnt do dick for me.
This shit gave me just as good of a pump as JYM does.
I remember the first time I tried it, it was the middle of winter and I saw veins in my biceps and down my forearms despite not even being lean lol.

Goes to show you that proper dosing of stuff OTHER than caffeine makes all the difference in the world

The powder in the pre and post is even different. Almost feels lighter and looks more pure than the other shit if that makes sense.

Taking the week off. Supposed to run 2 techs at work been running 3. Coworker went out with a bad back so covered his 2. Other coworker took week off because his wife fell broke her wrist and nose and had surgery so picked up his 2 also....Dont know what day or time it is this week.....

I got in my best shape with two particular rotations:

3 Firms per week (Classics and/or Tortoises)
2 cardio sessions of choice (either a Firm cardio or Hare workout, Kathy Smith's Weight Loss Workout, Karen Voight's Energy Sprint, or the cardio from Strong & Smooth Moves) + mat Pilates (10MS Pilates, Ana Caban, Mari Winsor, or Jennifer Kries)
1 long fusion or yoga workout (long Jennifer Kries Method workout, or Kathy Smith's New Yoga) mid-week

Once every other Sunday I would do Karen Voight's Energy Sprint (as a Cardio session from https://careyourbodynow.com/7-belly-fat-burning-workouts-you-can-do-at-home/), which helped increase my cardio capacity.

Switched it up today and went high rep 15-20 reps per set all incline chest work.
60lb dumbells 20 reps/3 sets
100lb dumbells 15 reps/3 sets
35lb dumbell flies 20 reps/3 sets
75lb close grip dumbell presses 15 reps/3 sets
185lb barbell presses 15 reps/2 sets 20 reps on 3rd set
Pec/Dec machine 315lbs 5x5

4/30 was done another 4.6lbs
5/7 gained 1lb and have no clue why lol.
Will see what this Friday brings. I drank about 8-9 beers at the bar Saturday night. But also walked for 4hrs straight including some trips up/down the stairs while working yesterday. Ate kinda shitty on Mothers Day
Also no I/F this week, I like to do 3 weeks on and 1 week off when I'm doing I/F

Actually, I didn't, lol. The Fitbit I have (Charge 2), is fooled when I ride one of the motorcycles, in this case, the cruiser. No way I'm doing 108 floors. Though I think I did more when I did the Manitou incline in Colorado. I'll have to go back and see what that tracked it. Not sure how many "flights" ~2800 steps is.
