And of course, you see how easy install is.

IM waiting for Home Depot to mail me a %20 off coupon (I have a Home Depot Credit Card) to go pick one up...or maybe I'll find a black friday sale

I only turn it on when I'm out here. I think the bill goes up about $20 a month during the winter.

It'll be a while before the Dayton gets hooked up. I have to run more juice to the garage first. As everything I do, it's been on the back burner for a while

How well does it work? I have been thinking of buying that and set it on my drill rig at work to keep me warmer while working.

I love torpedo heaters, they work good. Used one for many years and my brother still does.

I'll let you know ASAP. I knew I should have bought a 20# or 40# tank last night but didn't. Seems my 15# tank from the grill won't work with the hose supplied.

Torpedo heaters work well when you only need to heat a space temporarily and don't mind the noise (they are very loud).

I used to use a torpedo before I had my infrared ceiling mounted heater.

Yup, as stated it is a temporary fix for now until I stop being lazy and get my 220 ran to the garage. I really want it wired for my welder. I could use it this coming year.
