I'm a fan of hondas but that wing is just plain absurdity. Looks like the new "sporty" toyota prius with a huge wing and three exhausts that are out of place. Talk about over doing it with the side skirts they ripped off from a subaru. If they removed all off the ridiculous canards and diffusers they would appeal to some people over the age of 25.

The wastegates use a 3rd pipe separate from the regular exhaust. Thats why an F40 has 3 pipes.

Unlikely the EPA would ever allow that these days unless the wastegate screamer pipe had its own cat and muffler on it.


Overall this car is just ugly and wayyy over the top with the wing.

I think one of the exhausts is for a louder "option" when you want it to be louder. I think it's the middle one, and the other two go through mufflers.

The Si has been ruined, too. Not quite as ugly as the R, but the 1.5t in it sounds like a vacuum, doesn't like to rev, falls flat over 5k, and has major rev hang.

Knife edged handling with screaming high rev vtec is long gone.
