like I said from all the issues ive seen - 99% seems to be the dealers not knowing or not telling the customer all the info - in the end making the customer hate the car/brand

Service guy flat out said it's his first time with this trans.... Should've been a big red flag.... But I hope chrysler takes care of the issue....

To those who have any faith in chrysler, WHY?

Dealership calls me yesterday and my car is mechanically fine and they can't determine why it is throwing the code for no boost... which also limps the car... awesome

they tell me to not expect my car over this weekend as they will be looking through all electrical systems.

dealership calls today and tell me that it is fixed and ready to go. Asking them how they fixed the issue...

I'm not sure how I feel about it going from a major electrical issue to such a quick fix.

Im about to test my faith in Chrysler. I had a moan in my steering wheel and twice they lubed the boot under warranty. Now its happening again, which doesnt surprise me, so im taking it in for the third time but this time out of warranty. Lets see what happens.

Seriously... Most the problems I read about make it sound as the dealer has no clue what they are doing... I'm willing to bet the airbox came off while they were jacking the motor up/down to pull the transmission... Fucking idiots

After the first fuck up...its time to go to a different dealer, No need to keep working with the same fucktards who don't how to work on the vehicles they sell
remember dealerships are independent franchises, so if they hire fuck ups that on them not Chrysler

Chrysler acting shady. Have not received any documentation in the mail for the maintenance and service contracts that were offered as of yet (told three to four weeks minimum via mail). Contact them today and was informed that there was no maintenance contract. What the fuck.

To extend warranty coverage to 100k
to provide a maintenance contract
pick up any maintenance done in April
unlimited lifetime warranty if I purchased a new chrysler product in April
they also covered the 40 days of "payments" for the vehicle

dealership that botched the repair offered:
To give me under blue book on trade and a "great deal" at just under msrp of a new vehicle

Chrysler is balking as I haven't received documentation, but they have sent a check.

Currently cruise works intermittently, car has a steering wheel shake (tech bulletin), and has stalled a few times in light traffic (auto). Im worried I will drop the car off for these fixes and leave with more. Car did not have these issues before last dealership.

OP, sounds like you'd have better results if you handed it to a fresh VoTech class. Have you taken it to a different dealer to see what they have to say about all this?

Ended up having 3 dealerships touch the car. I'd really like someone to know how to service this car.

I had them do an oil change and for a CEL... they ended up disappointing me by fixing a broke. Spark plug with a computer flash.... told me to drive it until new plugs came in....
