Are they not ordering the transmission according to vin?
With the transmission mix up last week, chrysler blames the dealer and dealer blames chrysler... so I can't say for sure.
Service manager said they ordered one and it was listed "delayed" and they ordered a second expedited and they both arrived on the same day.
It is supposed to be done today but we will see...
at this point I'm wanting to jump ship into something with more room and have been shopping around a little bit to see if we can trade in...
I already tried asking them to replace it with a new vehicle but that option is "not available at this time"
