With the transmission mix up last week, chrysler blames the dealer and dealer blames chrysler... so I can't say for sure.

Service manager said they ordered one and it was listed "delayed" and they ordered a second expedited and they both arrived on the same day.

It is supposed to be done today but we will see...

at this point I'm wanting to jump ship into something with more room and have been shopping around a little bit to see if we can trade in...

I already tried asking them to replace it with a new vehicle but that option is "not available at this time"

They still have the car.

They ordered a harness and service manager said this was the last step he was aware of to resolve the issue. Don't care if it's bs or not. 25 days and been rather interesting as chrysler and the dealer are contradicting each other with every call

like I said from all the issues ive seen - 99% seems to be the dealers not knowing or not telling the customer all the info - in the end making the customer hate the car/brand
