ZZP vs WBS vs Intense motor mounts

Yeah i got the plate. and I am thinking of waiting till April now. Just to damn cold and my garage is to small to do anything like that without the door open. But if my 3100 trans keeps acting up and it running like shit then I might push it forward.

Should I just get my dorman ones and no urethane? or urethane?

It makes a good bit of difference, I have a filled Pass side, the stock 85k mile trans/drivers side, and ZZP uppers, the motor barley moves under most/all conditions that I can see with an open hood

Seems to me that the horseshoe bracket may also bend sometimes (seems to have happened on my car) I think james should make me a reinforced one similar to his crossmember on the cressida

thats cause the guy we got the 150$ motor and trans from got it from a junkyard that used a front end loader to yank it and drop it on the ground.

besides i thought youd go with the zzp urethane trans mount and us use the ES front mount

I'm gonna pull out my "solid" motor mount tomorrow... Because yes, the engine is doing a bit of a lean, which is more than a little annoying. I'm not making much power, so I'm just going to swap a stock mount back in. One day maybe I'll get more aggressive with it.

Yeah, I guess I didn't specify... I was sorta responding to the questions about lower mounts... and yes, it's my lower mount that's the problem! :-D

I e-mailed WBS about their poly mounts.

I am wondering about the harshness of them. I see that the Intense mounts seems to be the choice over the ZZP mounts but did anyone ever get or try the WBS poly upper? I like the price just wondering?

I did notice more vibration with the poly upper mounts but nothing terrible. Just the right amount of vibration.

I had zzp uppers and there was a rough vibration, then I replaced with intense and that vibration went away, so I stuck with intense for both wbodys I put uppers in.
