Windshield in wife's '09 Legacy cracked and I'm looking for the cheapest lol place to get it done. Called few shops and best offer I got was $210. Anybody knows of a good place I can go to?

Thanks!

We just used safelite this past weekend. Dunno about cheapest but the service was fantastic. Came to the house on time and the tech was super personable. Shot the shit the entire time he was working.

Yeah safelite has that shit down. They did my work truck in like 30mins and showed up to any site and just did it in the parking lot.

$280 for a full replacement with warranty isn't bad in my opinion.

Just be glad you don't have the heated wipers and glass like we do. Was over $500 quoted for replacement.

If your asking me, yes 500 is ded. No point in making any claim for glass and having it count against us for a few extra dollars

They asked $150, warranty against leaks. Did you get anything done over there before?

i dont think i have ever had a windshield replaced.

1 rear window under warranty so no out of pocket, and a side window due to a break in, that was my $50.00 deductable for comp coverage.

I've had 2 replaced on the Grand Prix (one the mirror fell off and cracked the glass), soon to be a third, and need 1 on my Tahoe (didn't get a chip fixed before that cold blast and yep, big crack)

The Grand Cherokee, and Grand Caravan were my parents, we just happened to do them all the same time. So they knocked off some money but it was already extremely reasonable as it was.
