Flank steak with a mushroom/tomato duck fat sauce. Pan fried potatoe wedges and seared green beans. I don't fuck around with special plating. Get in my belly!!

Greek Islands in Lombard (22nd east of Highland) had some damn good saganaki. For qualifying that, I’ve had it in Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini) and Turkey…

Will have to give it a try one night. Out of all the places Ive had it, Central Gyros is the best imo.
