Steak was way too salty

That's a shame. I have had some decent steaks at Texas Roadhouse. Sounds like one cook messed it up. My son is a line cook at Chilis and he's careful about his seasonings. Should be standards for any chain as to how much they season? Or is it up to the cook?

Reminds me that you can always add salt at the table but it's really hard to take it off.
