There is a small hipster Mexican place near Fullerton and Western. Their green chicken pozole is soooooo fucking good. If your ever near there, stop in and try it. On Fullerton, 1/2 block east of Western on the north side of the street. Literally right off the alley

Had my parents over for dinner tonight for my dad's birthday that was a few days ago. My mom is type 2 diabetic so I didn't want to take her to a restaurant where she would order something that would make her blood sugar skyrocket. I picked up some prime ribeyes from Mariano's and made bacon and balsamic glazed brussel sprouts plus salad. My gf made some parmesan crusted green beans. Turned out really good.

Went on vacation to the Keys last week with a professional chef that’s currently on Next Level Chef. One night we all got together and made a feast. I handled the lobster and ribeyes. The dessert was fire and you can tell was made by the professional.
