My buddy is a great Asian foods cook and he made a ramen noodle dish with all the Chinese veggies and some awesome pork cutlets cooked in oil in his wok. Served it with bottles of Saki which added a lot of fun to the meal. His wife was smashed. LOL

Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and Irish soda bread. I’m working overtime the rest of the week so we couldn’t do it St Patty Day. Wifey bought 2-corned beefs, so I’ll have it again next week lol.

Home made soft tacos with lean ground beef. Tried the McCormicks taco seasoning for the first time.

Tacos would have been better without the seasoning.

Corned beef in the slow cooker, no soda bread because I think it’s gross so rye bread and instead of cabbage I’m cooking sauerkraut separately. So essentially it’s a plated Ruben minus the thousand island dressing.

Last night was homemade Spanish Paella and virgin Sangria w/ the family

I made a chicken piccata but used the entire lemon (minus the seeds) instead of just the juice. The pith really does interesting things to the flavors. Cooking it down makes it milder and you get that complex flavor profile. I'll definitely do this again. Served it over garlic noodles.
