Made this a few weeks ago, trying real hard to get back into low carb eating, tonight going to make it again. Chicken crust pizza, turned out really good.

I pulled one of my containers of chili out of the freezer. Made enough for 4 two quart freezer containers besides what we ate when I made it. Gave one to friends and have two left in the freezer for next month or whenever we get the urge for some good chili. With the 2 chuck roasts, ground beef, sausage and dozens of other ingredients, it costs $100 to make but we get 10 meals out of it so it's actually cheap food. Chili freezes well. Tastes just as good when thawed.

You made me text the wife to make either a chicken crust pizza or cauliflower crust pizza. I've been back on the getting into shape wagon since Jan 1 and I'm not going to hurt my progress by eating like shit. So cauliflower crust pizza tonight, it is!

Wife did a chicken crust bbq pizza once. Then the cauliflower one, I dunno. She gets recipes and shit off the CHYNA spy app, TikTok.

I try to grab recipes from Michelin Star chefs or guys like Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, etc. who make really good food.

Made some spaghetti and meatballs. And the meatballs were spicee spicy.

Last nights chicken crust pizza, turned out pretty darn good for no carbs.

Wife went to the store and just opted to buy the Quest Pepperoni pizzas. They were small, but if you eat slow and drink a fuckton of water, you'll be full. Plus 56g of protein in that tiny pizza.

First cook on the Camp Chef. It came out pretty good, need to tweak a few things. Man it’s almost a workout, no sitting back and enjoying a drink while you cook ??.

Home made meatballs & spaghetti. The sauce was store bought Maranara, but I mixed up some things into it. Some tomato chunks, zucchini, a bit of Cinnamon.

Topped it with fresh graded Parmesan.

No pics, it was too tasty.
