I finished the lamp stand. It turned out pretty nice! The turtles will finally get all the UV and basking light that they need, and I won't have to remove a metal screen every time I go to feed or switch them out. The habitat is far from perfect, but it's certainly getting better.

29k miles on razor thin legal GVW truck/trailer pulling duties on trans, or maybe just starbucks sumatra blend on bold and burnt toast spilled into a trans pan, yeah that. Yikes.

That looks like a few grand on an engine that seems to be modded already. Sticking to my poverty gasser.

World's first V4 6.4.. The rear pistons don't move
It's funny that some people think that a typical V8 is a pair of inline 4s in a V, not two V4s stuck end to end. The exception is a flat plane crank V8. It's really interesting to work through the firing order and figure it out.
