13.99 or faster requires a helmet at "any" track..HTHs
J/O

What kind of helmet do I need? Like some kind of certified helmet?
I want to know this in advance so I can be sure get some for when we come to the race day.

TIA

at cordova, they require an updated Snell helmet, at 41, and maybe Byron, you can use a training wheels helmet..LOL, not really, but it can be a motorcycle helmet, not snell rated. 66 i'm sre has a snell requirement also, but not positive.

That was all done that day. I had less then an 1/8th of a tank of gas, ran with and without seats the difference was around 2 tenths of a second i let someone smaller then me by close to 200 pounds that took off another 3 tenths, did the tire thing too, removed the headlight,

I was there last year and they said 12.99 or faster needs a helmet. I would wear one regardless. I believe nhra and ihra have different rules.

don't fret, i will be there, and i might break into 15's, maybe,, so we'll be right there. slow together,, i have a stock gt, i'm not going to do much if ANY track prep, maybe lower the front air pressure, that's about it.. i have a dhp, hot air intake and coffee cans,, not going to be fast at all... and i'm not going to take out my seats either...

it'll give me a good baseline for when i finally (if ever) get an ASS kit..

btw, my car is at about 150K, if that helps to slow her down at all
