Back of the house, wood structure. Is that going to be like a walkout deck on top? It looks like you have a door going in on the right side.
Correct, that’s the back deck, accessible from the dining room (sliding door) and the master bedroom (regular door). It’ll have stairs that go down to a patio where the basement door is

MOAR progress. The builder has now told me like 3x that we need to square up on finances but he hasn’t sent over the numbers yet lol. He said the other day that from now on any contracts that he signs will be cost plus, apparently the non-allowance items are costing him a lot more than expected. His margin on this house was already pretty tight so I kinda feel bad, but it’s also nice to know that the house isn’t even done yet I still couldn’t build it again for what I’m paying

I was curious of this as well, going to ask the builder. My guess is they just haven't settled due to being installed in colder weather but I'm not sure
That shit drives my OCD wild. I've noticed it on a few neighbors homes that just had the roof done within the last year. Only reason I'm glad I have a cedar shake roof.

I mean, if that's a south-facing home, I'd have the guys fix the north side of the house, as I'd make fun of you if I were your across the street neighbor :)
If this were a south facing home, how would there be sunshine on the back of the house but not the front in the middle of march lol. And if it was a south facing home how would the neighbors see the north side? Did you do a line of coke before typing this?

It faces NW by the way

The back of my home is south-facing. That's what I meant, you cuckhold. Hence the north facing shadows.
