Yeah, I'm looking at that house thing as well because mortgage would be cheaper than renting a shop space lawl. Because of that the sled is kinda on the back burner. I know I can find a deal on one regardless of time of year, so, I'm not in much hurry.

When I'm looking at a $900/ month rent for a building and I'm finding houses with 4+ car garages and pole barns it's hard to look away...

Live at home and pay 900/mo < Have own house and pay $677/mo + utilities

yeah or the fact that you'll only be paying interest basically on a home... if you plan on living there for a while. house is a good call

meh as long as you're close to a major road- you are still gonna make most places in barely longer amounts of time- especially around Trevor where [MENTION=1983]Outlaw[/MENTION] is looking.

One of my favs from Wyoming. We had about 30 go riding in Wyoming in March and met up on the last day for a weenie roast. We took down a hole tree for the fire LOL.
