Yeah, I'm looking at that house thing as well because mortgage would be cheaper than renting a shop space lawl. Because of that the sled is kinda on the back burner. I know I can find a deal on one regardless of time of year, so, I'm not in much hurry.

If my parents still had their house that's as large as Frank's parent's house, I'd have totally stayed. 300sqft Bonus room above the garage? Fuck yes. Then they moved into a 55+ community and a house half the size. I'm out.

When I'm looking at a $900/ month rent for a building and I'm finding houses with 4+ car garages and pole barns it's hard to look away...

Live at home and pay 900/mo < Have own house and pay $677/mo + utilities
