I brined some pork tenderloin and grilled it along with grilled carrots and potatoes. Carrots and potatoes are excellent grilled in butter and wrapped in foil.

I thought the brine added too much salt but everyone else thought it was great. Stupid Americans used to too much salt. The brine definitely increased the juiciness of the tenderloin. It had a hint of pink and was very tender.

There are 3 slices left so I may make a sandwich for a snack and add some mayo to counteract the salt.

Did a Jack and Coke marinade on a ribeye over the weekend. Set up the Weber kettle for direct/indirect. Seared both sides then moved it off the heat till it reached an internal temp of 140 then rested it for 10 mins. Perfect or I was just drunk. I polished off the 5th of Jack after using 1/2 cup for the marinade.
